Weekly in-home lessons reserve a dedicated time slot and travel schedule set aside exclusively for you. Because last-minute openings cannot be filled or re-routed, our studio operates on a strict 24-hour notice policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule; with proper notice, we will do our best to offer a makeup lesson based on availability. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be forfeited and cannot be made up or refunded. Tuition secures your exclusive weekly booking and instructor time, so refunds are not provided for missed lessons.

If you are sick, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate a make-up lesson based on our availability.
